MyBillSense is a consumer-first platform currently under development that helps people understand, analyze, and optimize the real cost of everyday financial decisions — across bills, vehicles, homes, and contracts — using location-aware data and plain-English explanations.

We’re building software that reads the actual documents people receive, applies ZIP-, state-, and federal-level rules, and explains what’s happening — clearly, honestly, and transparently — so users can make better decisions and keep more of their money.

We analyze recurring expenses like utilities, phone, internet, insurance, and subscriptions — identifying price changes, fee increases, usage anomalies, and billing practices that quietly drive costs up over time.

Auto
MyBillSense looks beyond just payments. We analyze auto-related costs such as financing terms, lease structures, fees, insurance impacts, mileage assumptions, and ownership expenses — helping users understand what they’re actually paying, what changed, and where savings or corrections may exist based on their location.

Homes
Housing costs are one of the biggest financial blind spots.
MyBillSense helps users understand:

  • Mortgage and rent breakdowns

  • Closing costs and “weird” line-item fees

  • Escrow, insurance, and tax changes

  • Local, state, and federal rebates, credits, and incentives

Our goal is to surface costs and opportunities most people never realize exist — especially those tied to ZIP-level rules, state programs, and federal incentives.

We translate complex contracts and legal terms into plain English, flagging clauses that affect cost, risk, and consumer rights. We don’t provide legal advice — we provide clarity, awareness, and better questions to ask before it’s too late.

MyBillSense Deals is being designed as a context-aware savings layer, not a spam feed.

Deals exist to support users — not distract them.

Instead of generic promotions, we aim to:

  • Surface deals that actually relate to a user’s real expenses

  • Highlight offers that reduce recurring or unavoidable costs

  • Avoid misleading discounts and low-value promotions

  • Clearly disclose when links are affiliate-based

Over time, deals will be informed by:

  • What a user is already paying for

  • What recently changed in their bills, vehicle, or home costs

  • Where savings will have the most meaningful impact

This keeps deals relevant, transparent, and aligned with the user’s financial reality.

MyBillSense is currently in private development and pre-launch, with integrations, data models, and partnerships being established ahead of public release. Our focus during this phase is building a platform people can trust — one that delivers real insight, real savings, and long-term value.
